🧼 Care & Maintenance

Your Rockvale bottle is made to last — but like all quality gear, it performs best with the right care.

Cleaning:

Hand wash with warm, soapy water after each use.
Use a soft bottle brush to clean the interior and lid thoroughly.
Avoid harsh chemicals, bleach, or abrasive cleaners, which can damage the surface and internal seal.

Important: Protect the Thermal Insulation
The double-wall vacuum insulation is what keeps your drinks hot or cold for hours — but it's sensitive to misuse. To keep it functioning at its best, avoid the following:

Dishwashers – high heat and pressure can compromise the vacuum seal.
Microwaves – the metal body can cause serious damage or hazards.
Freezers – freezing can warp components or crack the lining.
Drops or heavy impacts – even small dents can affect insulation performance.
Carbonated drinks or dry ice – pressure build-up may damage the lid or internal seal.

Drying & Storage:

Always air dry completely with the lid off.
Store with the lid slightly open to prevent trapped moisture or odours.

At Rockvale, we're proud of the quality and care that goes into every bottle. While we do our best to get things right the first time, we understand that sometimes things don't go to plan.

🧼 Change of Mind

Due to hygiene standards, we're unable to accept returns for change-of-mind purchases. Once a bottle has left our hands, we can't resell it — even if it hasn't been used — so we kindly ask that you choose carefully before placing your order.

🛠 Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or not quite as expected, please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery. We're happy to assess the issue in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and offer a replacement, refund, or repair where appropriate.
To help us resolve things quickly, please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos.

⚠️ General Wear & Tear

Our bottles are made tough — but like anything, they're not immune to life's knocks. Damage caused by accidental drops, misuse, freezing, microwaving, or dishwashing isn't covered under our returns policy. These things can compromise the insulation or finish, and unfortunately, that's outside our control.
